OET participated at 6th ROleMak Workshop on 30 October in Thessaloniki. Dr. C. Koidis (OET's General Manager) gave a lecture with the following subject: "OET: Process Technology and Metrology-Quality Control Tools for OEs".

Dr. C. Koidis (OET's General Manager) gave a lecture "Process technology and in-line optical tools for the manufacturing of Flexible Organic Photovoltaics" during Flexible Photovoltaics Session.
OET joins the leading international industry association for organic and printed electronics, OE-A, which represents the entire value chain of this emerging industry. OE-A members are world-class global companies and institutions, ranging from R&D institutes, component and material suppliers to producers and end-users. More than 200 companies from Europe, North America, Asia and Australia are working together to promote the establishment of a competitive production infrastructure for organic and printed electronics. The OE-A was founded in December 2004 and is a working group within the VDMA (German Engineering Federation).

AIXTRON SE announced that the LTFN Lab at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and AIXTRON will closely cooperate in the European SMARTONICS project started in January 2013. The project's main focus is to propel market penetration of organic electronics.

Dr C. Koidis from OET gave a talk at the 5th International Exhibition & Conference for the Printed Organic Electronics Market - LOPE-C 2013. The title of the talk was "ΟΕΤ, start-up from Greece in Process Technology, In-line Monitoring and Bioelectronics", while the Event took place at Messe Munchen, from 11 till 13 June 2013.

Dr. Christos Koidis presented the company's activities in the Workshop "Commercializing Organic Electronics in Greece", which took place at Porto Palace Hotel - Thessaloniki, on Friday 26 April 2013. During this Workshop, took place the announcement of the "Hellenic Organic and Printed Electronics Association - HOPE-A", which already consist of more than 20 members (from the research & industry field).
The most important moment during the 5th ROleMak's Workshop "Commercializing Organic Electronics in Greece" on 26 April 2013, was the announcement of the first Greek-German aggrement in the field of Organic Electronics. Mr. Thomas Kolbusch (COATEMA) and Dr. Christos Koidis (OET) signed up the agreement.
