Organic Electronic Technologies P.C. (OET) is looking for a highly experienced and passionate about technology Sales Engineer & Business Development to include in its core team of executives. We are looking for a highly motivated professional with Technical, Analytical, Interpersonal, Communication and Customer Service Skills who welcomes new challenges, that will be responsible for the creation, development and management of the company’s sales and customer relationships in Greece, Europe and the Globe and for the development in new geographic markets. Furthermore, the Manager ensures monitoring and effective management of business development and customer satisfaction.

Sales Engineer Job Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and delivering technical presentations to explain company products or services to prospective business clients.
  • Serves customers by identifying their needs, adaptations of products, equipment, and services.
  • Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand service requirements.
  • Provides product, service, or equipment engineering information by answering questions and requests.
  • Establishes new and services accounts by identifying potential customers and organizing sales calls Prepares cost estimates by studying all related customer documents, consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional personnel.
  • Determines improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment and engineering.
  • Gains customer acceptance by explaining cost reductions and operations improvements.
  • Submits orders by conferring with technical support staff and costing engineering changes.
  • Develops customer’s staff by providing technical information and training.
  • Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation.
  • Prepares sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed, recommending options and courses of action, and implementing directives.
  • Assisting clients in solving problems and troubleshooting installed equipment.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Sales Engineer Qualifications / Skills:

  • BSc/BA or MSc Degree in Engineering or Material Science
  • Master’s degree in business, marketing or related field would be appreciated
  • At least 5 years of proved experience in technical sales and salesperson
  • Very good command of English language
  • Willingness and ability to travel abroad
